Feature Introduction
This rule set provides horizontal and vertical offset parameters for the small arrow within a tooltip relative to its parent container, including independent configuration files for four pointing directions: up, down, left, and right. Each configuration file includes the overall inner margin of the tooltip and the spacing between the arrow and the edge of the tooltip.

Applicable Scenarios
Suitable for scenarios where a small arrow needs to point to the element being described, such as hover tools, form field description icons, and help tips. By selecting the pointing direction file, you can control the alignment of the arrow with the target element.
