This package provides a unified configuration for the vertical spacing between the top navigation bar and the main content below. It includes height compensation rules for the fixed navigation bar, snapping margins between the navigation and content during scrolling, and segmentation distance parameters between different page modules. This ensures the navigation bar never obscures or excessively deviates from the content on any page.

Section 2: Use Cases
Suitable for multi-page websites with a global navigation bar, especially long scrolling pages and directory pages with anchor navigation. The configuration includes preset content offset values ​​for three navigation bar heights (compact, standard, and wide).
